You can walk to the Boulevard with cozy terraces in 10 minutes. In the winter period the pool is very cold but a pleasant view.

Roof terrace is superb, the communal pool is lovely.
10/15 min walk to the beaches, not an issue.

We ate mostly in the town centre as it has better restaurants ie Hogar, Agru and Acapulco.
Good markets available Monday & Thursday.

Contact runs perfectly with the friendly, helpful owners and Diana on site. We enjoyed it and when we return to the region it will be casa Rutten again. Highly recommended

Nice apartment, neatly furnished and everything to live is available. Lovely bed. It is also nice that Dutch TV can be received. A good stay to make trips from there to Murcia, among others. Beach within walking distance, as well as the weekly market opening on Thursday. In short, we had a wonderful stay and good digital contacts.

Together with our friends, we had a very nice holiday in Casa Rutten. Unfortunately we could not use the roof terrace much because of the temperature which was always around 37 degrees, so very hot. But in the evening with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine it was a nice place. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the house is fully equipped. We lacked nothing. In the town of Lo Pagan there are plenty of nice restaurants where you can eat well. If you don't want to eat too much, you can also eat delicious tapas everywhere. Overall we enjoyed. Thank you Fam. Rutten.

We had wonderful days in this beautiful penthouse. It is fully equipped including oven, microwave, dishwasher and outdoor shower.
The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. The beds are good. It is wonderful to relax by the communal swimming pool. From Lo Pagan you can make beautiful trips. There are plenty of golf courses nearby. The owners are quick to respond to questions. Definitely worth repeating!
