Reception and explanations but also the interim communication were top, In the immediate vicinity you can make beautiful nature walks. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful roof terrace where we spent most of our time. A car is a requirement. Especially if you love the beach. WiFi on the roof terrace could be better. Nice beds.

Nice apartment just outside the center of Guardamar. The apartment and the location have enough facilities to make it a nice holiday. We certainly succeeded, the beaches at Guardamar are also highly recommended. Furthermore, the communication with landlord and key manager was smooth and pleasant.

Great apartment, we were there for 3 weeks during March and early April.
Beautiful weather during the day, sometimes a bit cooler in the evening but then the air conditioning offered a solution.

A car is definitely recommended if you want to visit cities etc. Enjoyed using the indoor pool and fitness equipment.
In short, we enjoyed it very much.

For the second year in a row we spent three wonderful months in the apartment of Lian and Ad. Everything is really in tip-top shape. You couldn't ask for better!

Truly a fantastically beautiful, clean and super de lux apartment, you lack nothing! Not to mention the roof terrace, we spent so many hours there. Again fully equipped. We have been here with a family of 5. The children made a lot of use of the pool, and it was also quite quiet in August, probably because you can reach the beach in a fifteen minute walk. In the center of Guardamar you also have many nice restaurants, which are worth eating there. It is highly recommended.

What a fantastic apartment. Clean, luxurious, comfortable, complete and cosily furnished, you lack nothing! Also the roof terrace is fantastic!! We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest with 6 adults. Swimming pool on the complex was lovely and when we were there also always very quiet. Plenty of space. A 5-minute drive away you have wonderful beaches. Car is recommended because the apartment is just outside the town. Thank you for being welcomed by Ingrid and Patrick. Contact with Lian was also very pleasant!
