Lovely holiday home on the Costa Blanca. Nice layout, fully equipped. In the winter months it can be chilly, fortunately there is air conditioning (with heating) in every room.

Nice house in winter though cold and hard to get warm. Electricity very expensive, we spent 190 euros on heating for 2 weeks in January while we had the fireplace on every evening.

Nice house in winter though cold and hard to get warm. Electricity very expensive, we spent 190 euros on heating for 2 weeks in January while we had the fireplace on every evening.
Nice for cycling and walking in January. Nice and sunny and temperature varies from 15 to 22 degrees. The house and location are top notch.

We had a good feeling about Johan and Anja from the first moment of contact. All questions were answered quickly and comprehensively. The house is in a great location between Calpe and Moraira and yet in a nice quiet area. Close to the beach, supermarket and nice restaurants. Together with our dogs, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the beautiful house and the nice garden. We thought it was so fantastic that we have already booked again for next year!

Beautiful house with a lovely swimming pool that we made good use of. View and location is so soothing. Surrounding places are nice to visit and are easily accessible. Contact with landlord went smoothly and very pleasantly. On arrival we were also well received! In short, highly recommended for a wonderful holiday

We rented the house for almost 3 weeks and time has flown by.
We had hours of fun in the pool and we enjoyed the peace and the beautiful view so much.
In the house we also had everything we needed and the décor was also very good and our 3 chihuahuas had the time of their lives.
In terms of location, it is ideal between Moraira and Calpe and also not too far from Benidorm.
In short, an ideal holiday for those who are looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful place and still want to stay close to various beaches and small towns.
