What a pleasure to be able to spend your holiday in this beautiful converted barn. We like to watch programs like Escape to the Country, regularly see converted barns pass by, but never anything that has been renovated with so much love for history. The old farmhouse is also such a picture. We were there in November, found beautiful weather [for the most], the other seasons will also be very beautiful [when the orchard is in bloom, the rapeseed fields and poppies....] We did not know the French Ardennes yet, an oasis of peace, ideal for nature lovers. Families with small children will also have a great time, the garden is a playground. Aart is a super host, unfortunately I got sick and we were allowed to stay longer without him charging for that.

For those who love nature, walking and silence, De Oude Korenschuur is a beautiful holiday home in the middle of nature. We enjoyed it.
The house (with a special history) is complete and well furnished and we did not miss...

Especially the kitchen equipment was complete including the nespresso machine!
The house was clean, the wood stove was burning on arrival and the beds were good.
