Thank you for your review, we're sorry you feel patronized, it's obviously very important to us that you feel completely comfortable in the house. Every hint in our key letter is based on experience. The house is often treated very badly and subsequent tenants complain about finding a messy house etc. Unfortunately, tenants like you, who have left our home in top condition, are not standard. The only way out for us is to ask our tenants to treat the house as their property. But one thing we want to get straight, neither in our key letter nor anywhere else, we ask you not to put wine glasses in the dishwasher or open the window after showering, you must have gotten that from somewhere else.
We hope to welcome you again at the steinbock.

We should have communicated better with you about this!
Household waste is only emptied once a month in Winterberg.
Due to the many guests during the holidays, the bin must have been completely full.
That in itself would not have been a problem because you could have just put your pockets next to it - but we did not say that. So sorry!

We assume that the weather is the reason for this. It's a pity that you didn't pass that on to us right away. We had immediately taken the problem very seriously! Not only to make your stay as pleasant as possible, but also to prevent even greater damage.

We have never received bad criticism about our interior and hope that this assessment is related to this leak.

Furthermore, we hope to have made it clear enough that we are always open to (constructive) criticism, feedback and advice and that this can therefore be done not only here, but much more effectively directly with us.

A schedule for the collection of the bins is indeed necessary. That's why we have one hanging in the hall- apparently not visible enough, so we're going to hang another one in the kitchen;).
