Great location, close to several cities but also the beach is close by. House is fully equipped; It really is a house that can be lived in, which is very nice with children. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, the dartboard and the lovely garden. We had a wonderful holiday here!

Crickets, views of greenery, looking at the landscape of Tuscany with a cup of coffee in the morning. What a lovely place this is!

The house is large with many bedrooms. You have plenty of space with a nice kitchen with all conveniences. We liked the fact that the house is really a 'living house'. Not so slick just for rental but really a house in which people live. This makes you feel right at home.

The location is also nice. You can make trips to the famous places such as Lucca, Siena, Florence and/or Bolgheri. The town near the house is Rosignano Solvay. There you can eat delicious food and enjoy a snow-white beach and incredibly blue sea.

The contact with the owner Erik was very easy and relaxed. For example, for my boyfriend's 50th birthday, I contacted him to organize a surprise. Erik arranged a chef at home who could cook for us and friends all evening. It has become a night to remember.

In short: we had a fantastic holiday and will definitely come back here.

We enjoyed our time in Tuscany! The communication with the Dutch owner Erik went very smoothly from the moment of booking. He responds quickly and problems are also solved quickly during the holidays. The house is very suitable for large families (or several small families). There is plenty of space both inside and outside with the top entertainment being the swimming pool which is cleaned three times a week. The surroundings are beautiful and both Pisa and Florence are easy to reach. Tip: eat at the neighbors. Highly recommended with again a beautiful view over the valley.

Great holiday home, wonderfully located in the middle of nature, lots of space, beautiful terrace, comfortably furnished. You are all to yourself and can relax all around. The pool is the absolute highlight!!
Erik is a very attentive host.
A small minus is the water pump, it keeps failing, the dishwasher didn't work for us and the water is extremely calcareous. Otherwise, we were really very satisfied and would definitely come back!

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. If there is something you run into, Erik is always easy to reach and he is always quick to help you. Children have enjoyed the pool which really turns out to be a lot bigger than you expect!

The advantage of the location of the house is that there is a lot of peace and privacy. A disadvantage could be that you always have to go out by car to visit villages/towns. But then you also see more of the beautiful surroundings.
We gratefully used the swimming pool. In short, a wonderful holiday. Highly recommended!
