In 2003 I discovered the Champagne and since 2013 I live here. I love the gently rolling landscape and its fields that always change color, the huge vistas and the mild climate. I also always feel welcome here and the residents are generally friendly and helpful. I renovate houses that I then rent out as a holiday home. I am happy to be there for my tenants and I am happy to arrange matters for you. I really enjoy my life here. It would be nice if you also got to know this region. Easily accessible, quiet roads, not touristy, all shops nearby and nice towns and villages. The huge lake (Lac du Der) with its beautiful beaches and bird life is also a plus.
