Beautiful house. A bit dark. We found the quality of the bed insufficient and that is an important driver of satisfaction for us (and many I think). One of the bathrooms stinks, reported, something is going to be done about it. Excellent wifi, which was important to be able to work.

Very tastefully renovated house, equipped with all comforts. Three bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite (walk-in shower with good water jet, toilet, sink). Complete towel service and welcome pack on arrival. Very complete kitch...

Very tastefully renovated house, equipped with all comforts. Three bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite (walk-in shower with good water jet, toilet, sink). Complete towel service and welcome pack on arrival. Very complete kitchen with appliances (even a hand blender), washer/dryer, baby cot/chair available; Very convenient if, like us, you are traveling with several families/babies. Since our babies weren't walking yet, it was fine to put them on a play mat inside on the rug or on the patio outside. Perhaps the house is less practical for people with small children who already walk (there is only a terrace with dining table at the front door, there is also a driveway with gravel. There is a lawn, but it is located near the pool and therefore not directly in sight of the house/terrace. The pebble floor inside is not comfortable walking for bare feet.) The swimming pool is about 20 meters away, a little higher, out of sight of the house, and can be reached via a stone path (perhaps not practical for people who have difficulty walking, was not a problem for us). There is a toilet by the pool. The house is easy to drive from the airport (about 30 min), close to the nice (bathing) towns (Port de) Pollenca and Alcudia. Owner is friendly and easily accessible by phone. On arrival there was 1 cot missing, this was brought that same evening by employees of balearic villas, including a bottle of cava. In short, we had a wonderful and well-cared for holiday!

We spent two weeks relaxing here with our family. Beautiful, complete house about 3 km from the nice and lively beach and just as far from the charming town of Pollenca. Good base to explore the north of Mallorca! Lovely swimmi...

We spent two weeks relaxing here with our family. Beautiful, complete house about 3 km from the nice and lively beach and just as far from the charming town of Pollenca. Good base to explore the north of Mallorca! Lovely swimming pool with beautiful views. Each bedroom has its own small but fine bathroom. We have been very kindly received by the Dutch owners who have their own holiday home adjacent. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!
