The fact that we 'only' got an 8 for hygiene, well, that's what we talked about, because of the construction method on Madeira without thresholds, some dust in the house is not always avoidable, especially in the summer. And the old bread oven, with the authentic cooking platform under the wide chimney, is indeed also a place where you can sometimes encounter some dust or old cement grains falling from the chimney. These well-known 'problems' are also the reason why we also have an interim cleaning carried out for stays of more than a week, which is included in the rental price.
