We had a wonderful stay, the location of the house is secluded quiet and offers breathtaking sunsets. A small downer was the cleanliness on our arrival, especially the kitchen utensils, but that was done quickly on our part. All in all, we can definitely recommend this holiday home!

A lovely house in a beautiful location! Very tastefully decorated and fully equipped, good beds and the air conditioning works very well (very nice in August!). The outdoor area is very spacious, with several places to sit, especially the lounge sofa downstairs and the roof terrace were favorites. The view is magnificent!

The owners are very friendly and respond very quickly to questions via Whatsapp, the handbook with tips about the house and the area is very extensive and we have used it often.

Because August is also the favorite holiday month of the Italians themselves, it was difficult (despite Corona) to go to the beach close by (Zambrone and Tropea) because of the crowds with parking. But the beaches a little further away are also easily accessible by car and that is fine.

Casa la Perla is a lovely holiday home. Tasteful, luxurious décor and very complete. The garden with the lounge sofa and the beautiful view were our absolute favorites. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, although you have to drive for it. All in all, highly recommended!

The house is beautifully and fully furnished, has more than enough facilities, is wonderfully quiet and has a beautiful view. The environment is authentic, no foreign tourists but only Italians who are on holiday. We had a great holiday with our family of four and really felt at home. The owners are very accessible and helpful.

It is a fantastic house with breathtaking views. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely lounge bench in the garden and the seating on the roof terrace. Both with that fantastic view. We also made a lot of use of the shower in the garden. However, you are dependent on a good car for everything, even the smallest groceries. We were there with our family with two teenagers. For these teenagers, the sofa bed in the second bedroom was not suitable, too small to sleep with the two of them. Furthermore, the pool was nice, clean and nice and quiet.
We had a wonderful time!

Casa La Perla is a beautiful villa, very tastefully decorated and with fantastic sea views. Highly recommended! The villa is part of a small, fairly new complex. The joint owners are still working on the purchase of parasols around the shared (beautiful) swimming pool, which would further increase comfort. Plenty of nice beaches and villages within a short drive reach.
