We had a wonderful holiday with the family where nothing was lacking. Beautiful house with lots of luxury and a very nice pool. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic villa!! Fully equipped. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing and seating options around and in the house. Good air conditioning in all rooms provides wonderful cooling and the location of the outdoor kitchen ensures that you can cook and eat outside at the stylish table next to the pool, enjoying the setting sun, throughout the holiday.
Nice towns, tropical beaches and recreational opportunities a short drive away. And the climate makes the holiday complete. What more could a person want! We felt like royals during those two weeks in August. Everything was beyond our expectations and we would certainly love to come back here with love !!

Villa is located on a hill at the end of cul-de-sac. Lots of privacy, tranquility and a beautiful view. Very nicely restored. Modern but with Spanish flair. Beautiful large swimming pool with spacious terrace, sunbeds, lounge sofa and a large covered area with table for 8 people. Outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery and drying rack. Indoor with pleasant air conditioning everywhere. Beautiful seating areas, dining area for 8 people and full kitchen. Beautiful outdoor naya with lounge set.
Owner is very helpful if there are any questions, responds very quickly to whatsapp. We are going to repeat this in the short term.

We rented this house in July 2020 for 3 weeks. It's a nice house! All bedrooms have air conditioning, you will not be short of anything in the kitchen and the outdoor kitchen by the pool is very pleasant. The house is located on a cul-de-sac so it is wonderfully quiet. Several shaded spots around the pool and nice umbrellas. Contact with the owner was pleasant and he was quickly available if he had any questions. A big plus.
The view from the balcony is very nice, no punishment to spend your evening there. Although you can also sit by the pool in the evening.
For us, with 2 children aged 7 and 5, the distance to the center / sea is not to be walked, but by car you can get there in no time. Several supermarkets in the area. Moraira is a nice place and with this house you are actually assured of a nice holiday. Ton and Sandra, thank you for letting us stay in your house and maybe we will come back in the future.

What a lovely house. Fully equipped, cozy furnished and very clean which is important to us. E.g. such as the kitchen, cutlery, drawers, pans and crockery. Also more than enough available. Lovely view of the balcony and the several seating areas around the house is also nice. Air conditioners in all rooms. Moraira is a beautiful place, not too touristy and within walking distance. About 20 minutes. As far as we are concerned, definitely recommended and we will definitely come back here again.
