It is a nice, clean and complete house. The welcome on arrival and departure was perfectly arranged.
The pool was cleaned every week and the beautiful garden is well maintained.
The area is wonderfully quiet, there are shops around the corner and to the beach it was a 10-minute drive.
The owner is very helpful with any questions you may have during your stay.
In short, a wonderful house to spend your holidays.
We enjoyed it and will definitely come back again!

Upon arrival in the house we had problems with ants in the kitchen, on the counter and in the kitchen cupboards. Also in the bedroom, ants walked along the edge of the bed and on one side of the bedroom.

Upon arrival in the house we had problems with ants in the kitchen, on the counter and in the kitchen cupboards. Also in the bedroom, ants walked along the edge of the bed and on one side of the bedroom.

It also smelled strongly of moisture in several rooms. We rented the house for 2 months.
In November it was quite cold and damp inside. The paint on the walls partially peeled off, including the ceiling. The house must be well ventilated against moisture. The bedroom in front of the garage that we didn't use was moldy, the walls, damp spots on the ceiling, black smudges on the duvet and pillows, on closets and the frame of the mirror. In short, a lot of moisture present in the house.

The pool and garden were regularly maintained by a hired company.

Great holiday home, with 2 young children been in Aug 2019. Air conditioning in the bedrooms are a lifesaver! We have been well received and the contact with the owner and the intermediary in Spain is good and neat! The intermediary speaks good English and is always available.

The pool is perfect! It was very nice with the fruit trees in the garden. Lots of places in the garden to sit, also in the shade with the many umbrellas.

All in all, we had a great holiday, highly recommended!

Beautiful and well cared for house. close to all the necessary facelities. Communication with the landlord and key manager is very pleasant. In the meantime I also made a reservation for next year :).

We were able to use this fantastic villa for two weeks. Our party consisted of our family with young daughter and a family with two young children. These children will not soon forget the holidays. A fantastic house with all comforts and a lovely swimming pool. The contact with the landlord also went smoothly and he is very flexible and thoughtful. On the spot we were nicely received by the contact person, who speaks good English.
There is more than enough to do in the vicinity of the villa, also for the little ones and there is a supermarket around the corner.
The garden is simply perfect. Several seating areas so you always have a place with shade and in the evening you can cook in the outdoor kitchen.
For us it is certain that we will definitely come back..!!

Now over a week back from a fantastic stay of four weeks. What a great holiday! A beautiful luxury garden where you have absolutely no need to worry about with a beautiful swimming pool. Complete with veranda, roof terrace and various seating areas. The house is really fully equipped but also the location is perfect. Privacy is guaranteed and the house is located in a beautiful quiet residential area. There are plenty of things to do in the area, something for everyone. In short, a fantastic, clean and complete holiday home! Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating. Thank you for a great holiday!
