You have only stayed with us for a few days and we would have liked to receive some more feedback, as you have written a very minimal description. We therefore wonder to what extent we should take your review seriously. In any case, we wish you the best of luck in your search for an accommodation that does meet your needs. Do you read all the information carefully first? That prevents a lot of disappointments!

First of all, thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately, we do see that your stay did not meet your expectations given the score you gave on location, price/quality and communication. Of course we think that is a pity, because we always listen carefully to our guests and always try to do something with them where possible.

Unfortunately, the facilities have not been appreciated by you. You have indicated that the apartment is nice but small. The living area of 52 m2 is listed on the website. Have we created different expectations here?

Then you indicate that the apartment is very far away from everything. Can you explain what you mean by this? Is there something wrong on our website? On our website it is indicated that La Mata is a picturesque Spanish village and that the apartment is located within walking distance of the sandy beaches and the salt lakes. We are very curious what you mean by 'remote from everything'?

Finally, you indicate that you did not have anything in the house such as water. When renting an apartment, unlike a hotel, it is common for guests to do their own shopping. We have an extra service where there is always a welcome package ready with a bottle of water, wine and something to nibble.

After all, you give communication and friendliness a 7. Did you expect more from us in terms of communication? We send a very extensive manual with all kinds of tips. What's missing here? Did you expect more?

We would like to receive additional feedback on your content, since you have given the worst score ever, we are very curious about this!

It is indeed true that a car is recommended if you want more than enjoying the tranquility and beautiful nature.
As indicated in the text on our website, La Mata is a picturesque typical Spanish village, but there are many shops such as a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a greengrocer, a bicycle shop and even a hardware store. There are also many terraces. In Spain it is quite normal that the large stores are concentrated in the so-called Centro Commercials and these are almost always best reached by car. These are actually never on the coast, our apartment is. A short route through the dunes leads to the beautiful sandy beaches. In addition, there is also public transport available in the center of La Mata that can take guests to many places where there is more activity, such as Torrevieja.

It may be more convenient for you to book an accommodation in a big city in the future. We think it's a shame that you gave the location a 6. After all, it is very clearly indicated on our website that it is a picturesque Spanish village and the apartment is located by the sea and near the salt lakes via a short walking route. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about this feedback.
