About Max & Alice
We are Max and Alice and since the beginning of 2018 we are the proud owners of these two (almost) identical villas with a private pool. In recent years we have renovated the houses and equipped them with new kitchens, bathrooms and air conditioning. And the pool and the large terrace have been renovated. Because we like to share the feeling of peace and privacy with others, we rent out both houses in the high season and one house in the other periods. The houses are located exactly between Valencia and Alicante (both 75 min.), 22 minutes from the fine sandy beach of Oliva, Gandia (35 min.), market town of Pego (10 min.), Denia (30 min.) Javea and Moraira (45 min.) and Calpe (50 min.). Please contact us and we will look at the possibilities.
