The house was fully equipped. We gratefully used the canopy, but also the hot tub and the pizza oven. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed it wonderfully.

Small point of criticism: the information of the house was outdated, among other things the Lidl in the village was closed 2 years ago, distances by car are often incorrect, garbage can be taken away

A nice and beautiful house where we were able to spend 2 weeks.
Pizza oven, hot tub and plenty of games to keep you entertained. Oh, and let's not forget the free pool maps that our Kids gratefully used.

Friendly reception and contact with the landlord went fine.
The only thing I can think of but not annoying is that you often have to drive for about an hour for fun things (we had the Carinthia card). But this is really not a punishment in such a beautiful environment!
We really enjoyed it with the kids!!

A lovely cottage in an area with plenty to do. Too bad you look out on an apartment complex. The garden is really great and well equipped with plenty of seating areas where you can also find shade in warm weather. Close to the village with supermarkets and swimming pool.

The cottage is furnished with many personal items of the owners. During our holiday it was an average of 28-30 degrees. The loft with two beds is actually too warm to sleep. The air conditioning in 1 of the bedrooms is very pleasant, so you get it cool in both bedrooms.

We had a good stay here.

Nice house with all the trimmings, with complete furnishings and equipment. The location is quiet, in a village with everything you need close by. Beautiful surroundings, plenty to do. There are plenty of activities to do within half an hour to an hour's drive. The manager is easily accessible and very helpful. Many good restaurants in the area. It was a wonderful holiday.

Also nice that there are several supermarkets nearby and a fast battery charger for my car. The only disadvantage is that most sights in Carinthia are at a considerable distance from Kötschach-Mauthen. We had a nice holiday and enjoyed the beautiful nature!

Wonderfully located between the mountains, always a beautiful view, More than enough great restaurants within walking distance and activities to do by bike/short car ride. Cottage has super offers lots of possibilities for entertainment, BBQ, badminton, the hot tub, a fire pit, an extra covered seating area at the back with shed where 2 mountain bikes are to use and the pizza oven. Very nice to try to make your own pizzas in a real stone oven.
