We had a wonderful holiday at Bavelds Garden Lodge. Upon arrival we were met by the owner, Martin, who had already prepared 🍷👍 a bottle of wine for us. And Martin gave us a tour of the house with an explanation of the equipme...

We had a wonderful holiday at Bavelds Garden Lodge. Upon arrival we were met by the owner, Martin, who had already prepared 🍷👍 a bottle of wine for us. And Martin gave us a tour of the house with an explanation of the equipment etc. It is a lovely house, well insulated, not noisy and cosily furnished. Only the toilet is in a separate place, which you would expect to find in a hall rather than adjacent to the living room. Everything else is fine and fully equipped. Also in the kitchen everything you could wish for. One small point of criticism (if you can call it that) the sofa is a bit on the low side (lounge sofa), which is a little less pleasant for people with a physical disability, such as when getting up. But as said a lovely house and we will definitely come back 👍😉

We have had 2 wonderful weeks.
The cottage was very clean and fully equipped. The fantastic garden also gives plenty of space to play and there are plenty of shady places to sit. Eat outside on the veranda or plop down wit...

We have had 2 wonderful weeks.
The cottage was very clean and fully equipped. The fantastic garden also gives plenty of space to play and there are plenty of shady places to sit. Eat outside on the veranda or plop down with a book in the lounge area. The lodge also had its own charging station with enough power (11KW) to charge our car quickly. The settlement of this will be neatly arranged afterwards. We had also booked the air conditioning, which was not an unnecessary luxury during the heat wave.
The house and garden are very well maintained and it was a pleasure to stay here.
We will definitely come again.

We had a nice stay, the cottage met our expectations and is located in a beautiful area. Very spacious terrace, where you can sit. We didn't necessarily have to go anywhere with two small children, there are also plenty of toys...

The sauna was just not there yet, but we book again later and then with sauna. Martin have fun and good luck with the construction of the sauna.
