Our experience: a spacious apartment, but uncozy and dark. Great beds high quality. Hot water and heating fine. Unfortunately: sofa has sagged, kitchen: dishwasher rusted on the inside (unhygienic), of the 3 frying pans, 2 were so damaged that the Teflon layer came off. In shower: sliding door runs off the rails. Etc.. Sorry

Neat, nice apartment. Very well located, quiet neighborhood and yet close to all the necessary shops. Easy connection to Torrevieja. Too bad about the north-facing terrace; In the winter period it is too chilly to enjoy it. The roof terrace partly makes up for this.
Still recommended, especially for hikers.

What made this stay truly exceptional was the fantastic communication with Ivo and Pascale. Everything went smoothly. They were always available. They really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended

It's perfect for a (retired, because that's where they are most) who don't want or need to cook. In terms of location: close to the beach, but you can't really swim in the sea there, you have to be a lot further for that.

We had a nice holiday in this beautiful apartment, it is really as beautiful as in the pictures. The keyholders very nice and helpful people. Bed was good and nothing else to complain about. It would be complete if you could park the car in a garage war=nt that is a disaster in La Mata. But we would definitely like to come back here.

We had a wonderful holiday. The location is really lovely by the sea. Beautiful apartment fully equipped. La mata itself doesn't have much but that makes it wonderfully authentic Spanish. Really had a great time!

Because there is no sun in the apartment it was a bit cold in the beginning but we were there in March so that is not very surprising, heater turned on was fine to do. We had a lovely sunny week.
