Fantastic place, from the outside very cozy appearance and large plot in length of the Vecht, inside a cozy but small house.

We live in a residential area, corner house of a row next to a primary school. In the distance we often hear the A28 and/or the ring road. We are always looking for places that give us a feeling of freedom: no or few neighbors, silence and nature. The special location on a cul-de-sac and then up a sandy path and through two barriers, the spacious plot, the other houses at a good distance and often not even occupied, the high natural values directly around us with opportunities for walking and cycling from the cottage, the silence (although we also enjoyed a farmer's wedding party until late at night from a farm on the other side of the vecht) and of course the proximity of the Vecht to swim in. We had no further wishes.

We always appreciate it very much when there are already some things in the kitchen and e.g. toilet paper. The 2 bicycles in the shed and other chairs etc. also a plus, although we had our own bikes.
Nice shower, nice sofa bed where we slept wonderfully with the door open from the terrace, kitchen quite complete. The TV only worked on nld 1 and there was no wifi. We do have a SIM card on our laptop, so no problem for us. Kitchen tip: we did miss a kettle, because it goes faster than gas. Another kitchen tip: the seam between the wall and the kitchen unit is not sealed, if water gets in there - which happens quickly - it can cause the kitchen worktop to bulge.... would be a shame.
Accommodation furnishings and condition : 9
The cottage inside was cleverly decorated and lacking a ceiling in the front part. For us, the bedroom felt a bit cramped, but the sofa bed was lovely. We found the 2 chairs a bit large for the limited space.
Hygiene : 9
The house was neat, clean as well as the terrace, shed and the rest of the plot.

The e-mails with further information, the bill, the accessibility in case there is something, everything well taken care of, clear texts, we were already looking forward to it.
Responded quickly to a question via email and the helpful neighbor also came by.
