What a lovely holiday home this is! You will want for nothing in the Seitling Hütte! Despite the bad weather, we (family with two children, 6 and 9 years old) had a very good time during a week. Extra compliments for the landlord: Gerard informed us extensively about the house and the sights in the area in advance via a Teams meeting. That alone made us feel welcome. Super!

Nice and central location in the laid-back Lungau. In the house you can find all kinds of information for the many possibilities in the area.

Seitling Hütte is a beautiful authentic Austrian house which is located in a beautiful environment.
Location is quiet and we have not experienced any nuisance from the adjacent inner road.
The house is fully equipped and therefore comfortable.
There are many activities to do within a radius of about 10 km. so you don't have to make long car journeys to get somewhere.
E.g. hiking (mountain tours), rafting, swimming, trout fishing, the outdoor park is highly recommended for families at only 5 to 10 minutes. walking distance.
In short, we like a combination of activity and tranquility and we really found that there.
We have also experienced the landlord as pleasant in terms of contacts and tips in the area.
In short, we had a great time there and look back on a wonderful holiday and the comfort of the Seitling Hütte.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Seitling Hutte. The pictures looked very promising and the reality was certainly not inferior! The information beforehand was very clear and extensive, so we were well prepared for our trip. The welcome was very friendly, we felt really welcome.
The house was great; Wonderfully clean, fully furnished and fully equipped. The setting is beautiful! And so delicious that everything is just a stone's throw away. Even during the days when it was a bit cold and wet, we had a great time, partly thanks to the games and DVDs that were available. The use of the Lungau card was also very nice, so we could easily use all kinds of facilities in the area.
The holiday flew by and we didn't feel like going home yet... We can definitely recommend this house to anyone who loves peace, space and beautiful nature.

It was a wonderful week in a great area. Initially, we were a bit worried that the area wouldn't be big enough. Now we have already skied in many places, but we found the slopes excellent. Indeed, not many slopes, but long descents in all strengths. Plus hardly any queues at the lifts. We went to Grosseck-speiereck for a day. Even more lifts and descents. Still, we liked the slopes on the Fanningberg better. Nice tents also on the slopes. Communication with the owners is also pleasant. They think along with you. We had signed up the children for lessons on the Katschberg. We cancelled this on Gerard's advice and just let them have lessons in Fanningberg. That was excellent. At the Breitschadl Ski School. Good experienced teachers. The beds were also very nice.
We would love to come back to this super nice house with wood stove and a lovely bathroom.

Spent 2 wonderful weeks in this great house, where everything is there for summer or winter, in a super beautiful environment, where there are certainly many fun things to do with children. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful winter sports week in the Seitling Hütte. Last year we had already been there in the summer. Even then it was very nice. Both the house with spacious garden, and the beautiful surroundings. This week we enjoyed all 4 ski resorts around the house. That made this week very varied. Obertauern was clearly larger and busier than the other areas. There's something for everyone, really. The Seitling Hütte itself was again atmospheric, comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed a wonderful week. The house is modern and beautifully decorated. It is located in a very good central point. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Everything has been thought of and is located in the house.

When we arrived it was very clean. There were six of us (4 adults and 2 children) and this went very well.
