What a lovely house this is, a place where we immediately felt at home! Super clean, everything you need is there, lovely beds and bathroom. And Gerard is a super nice host, thoughtful and always available for questions. Lots to do in the area, Austria is fantastic for a holiday with children. We had a nice holiday in Seitling Hutte. A beautiful house with all the trimmings in an equally beautiful environment. Plenty to do in the area, but also the right place for those seeking peace and quiet. The landlord is very helpful and hospitable, if we visit this area again we would like to come back to Seitling Hutte!

The house is almost luxurious and complete, without losing beautiful elements. Luxurious bathroom, comfortable beds and perfect base for wonderful day trips.

The house is in one word great! It is spotless and fully furnished. The sanitary facilities are nice and spacious and clean. The kitchen is very complete in terms of inventory. The house is nicely decorated with typical Austria...

The house is in one word great! It is spotless and fully furnished. The sanitary facilities are nice and spacious and clean. The kitchen is very complete in terms of inventory. The house is nicely decorated with typical Austrian elements. The real Austrian wood-burning stove provides a pleasant and cosy warmth in the house. You can tell from everything that the owners are proud of their beautiful home.
The attic room is challenging for tall people because of the low roof beams, but it sleeps well.

The garden is lovely on the sun and I have been able to sit outside, even in February.

The ski bus to Fanningberg stops near the house, and on the way back the driver was sometimes kind enough to drop us off right in front of the house.

We had a wonderful holiday. The cottage met all expectations and the contact with the landlord Gerard was excellent; Friendly and flexible.
In addition, the nearby ski area Fanningberg is manageable and the people are very friendly. Excellent for us as a beginner ski family with varying levels.
In short: Highly recommended!

Gerard's excellent service has made it complete with good information in advance, a nice welcome, the Lungau Karte (which gives you many advantages in the region) and the good tips for activities.

Beautiful surroundings. House in a nice village with farms. Beautiful location for active peace seekers. There is a lot to do (walking, cycling, golfing etc.) Gerard gives a lot of good advice to gain fun experiences.
