Wonderful apartment in a great location. Beach, supermarket, promenade with restaurants within walking distance. The car can be parked on the street but also in the garage. It is difficult to maneuver there. Apartment is on the ground floor and therefore the pool is easy to reach. Apartment is slightly smaller than the pictures suggest.

We have been able to enjoy this beautiful apartment for 4 months, very satisfied.
Everything is here, very good beds.

It is a very nice apartment with a ditto décor. Good beds, nice bathrooms. The terrace on the garden side is spacious and equipped with a lounge set and dining area. The terrace is not facing the sun. At the back is a small terrace, where you can sit in the sun. At the moment it is very noisy there, because a new apartment complex is being built. The garden with swimming pool of the apartment complex is also very beautiful. There are two sunbeds that you can use by the pool. The location is perfect. Less than a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, beach, sea, many restaurants and shops. Jávea is a small seaside resort, where life is good!

The lovely apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful apartment building. Everything we needed was there. Even the sun loungers, umbrella and beach towels for the beach. We also gratefully used the washing machine. Very close to the sandy beach of Arenal with restaurants. We enjoyed the apartment and the place and can definitely recommend this.

Had a very nice holiday in El Mar. The beautiful apartment that is located on the ground floor is also suitable for families with small children. From the large terrace you have a view of the swimming pool and you can enjoy the beautiful private garden that is very well maintained. Beach, boulevard and restaurants within walking distance as well as possibilities to have breakfast at Caramel et chocolat. Large supermarket Masymas is just around the corner.
