+ lovely swimming pool (2x pw clean), walking distance to the beach / town (800-1000 m), large shopping center at 5 minutes by car, everything you need = present in villa.
- max 100 kwh per week otherwise pay extra (unavoidable), (folding) bike would have been handy, lukewarm shower.

A very nice house, well located quiet but still within an easy distance to reach in terms of shops, beach, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed it for 10 days with our grandchildren definitely worth repeating.

Nice house, location a bit behind, but with the bike everything was easy to do. Bicycles do need a service or replacement. For the rest, the cottage was beautiful, fully equipped.

Super nice house, wonderfully spacious and all daily utensils are available. At max 20 to 30 minutes drive nice towns, sights and beaches. We had wonderful days!

We have been with our family and friends in this villa for 2 weeks. We had a great time! Everything you need was present or was very easy to get. We do recommend renting a car, otherwise it is very difficult to go somewhere quickly. The swimming pool is great and you do have sun in the garden all day long.

Had a great holiday. House was super nice and clean. Enjoyed the house for 2 weeks. Pool was fantastic for the kids. The layout of the house was also fine. Service from Els was also fine. With questions I got answers very quick...

With questions I got answers very quickly which was nice. Personally, I thought the people in the town were a bit sullen, but that didn't spoil the fun. Just off the beach walking distance fair too. And supermarkets 5 min by car. Absolutely perfect and will definitely come back in the future.

Villa is perfect! Very clean, which is really mega important to us. Many facilities in and around the house and that makes the stay even nicer. Keep this up :-)

Nice villa with all the trimmings. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of shade. The immediate area is a bit boring, but with 800 meters you are on the beach. Car rental is recommended. Tip: rent from Coys from Alicante Airport.
