A lovely home in an amazing location

We enjoyed this nice place last month. Gert and Anneleen are very pleasant hosts and ensure that nothing will be lacking.

The location is really beautiful, the combination of greenery, sea view and tranquility and the fact that you can walk to the beach is fantastic. For us the best location we have experienced so far on the Costa Blanca.

What was special to us about the house is the fact that we immediately felt at home. Where many holiday homes are furnished for rent, this house is furnished to be able to live in daily, which we found very pleasant. All facilities are fine and the new beds are wonderful. The new modern bathrooms with continuous real hot water (can be quite different in Spain) and large shower heads make it difficult to leave the shower.

We are very grateful for the hospitality and hope to be able to stay here more often in the future, our 2nd home on the Costa Blanca.

A great house where you feel more and more at home by the day. Great landlords who show interest and really care about their tenants. The house is equipped with all important comforts.

After arrival we were welcomed by Frank who took us for a walk through the house and answered our questions, Frank lives nearby and we could always reach him, our questions were answered immediately, thanks Frank! Upon arrival you don't have to worry about groceries because the landlord will make sure you can get through the first day anyway. In addition to everything they make available in their pantries, they provide fresh bread, spreads, drinks and there was even a marinated chicken in the fridge for us:) After a long car ride, it is really nice to arrive and that shows enormous hospitality. Thank you Gert and Marleen!

The house has a great location, nice and private and the tranquility is really great, the sound of nature, the view of so much greenery with the sea as skyline in the distance, that was really a holiday in itself for us. The children enjoyed the beautiful large swimming pool in the garden every day. Yet we have done so much more, because the cottage is so centrally located, you can reach even more beautiful places on foot or by car. The sea and coastal walking routes within walking distance. The beautiful coastal town of Calpe, natural parks, mountains, waterfalls and more all within 10 to half an hour away for the entrepreneurs who want to see more. A large folder of Gert and Marleen is on the table, with all the routes and information about everything to do in the area, we have benefited a lot from this, so even that you don't even have to think about yourself, you just have to choose:)) For us it was a wonderful holiday that we will not forget. We will definitely go back and recommend this beautiful holiday home to everyone. Holiday in and around the house, we loved it!!

The house exceeded our expectations.
The tranquility and the location in the green with the view over the sea from the covered terrace, beautiful! From the master bedroom at night you can look at the starry sky and early in the morning the sunrise with red orange skies over the sea, 😎 In ten minutes you walk to the beach and to an extensive supermarket. The house is fully equipped. We love a good cup of coffee, you can choose whether you want cups, filter grind or Senseo.
The host Rob provided a warm welcome and arranged that we lacked nothing on arrival, nice that you don't have to rush directly to the store. We have been in the month of November and if it cooled down too much in the evening, the fireplace inside gave wonderful warmth in addition to the heating, but above all a cozy atmosphere. Wifi, kitchen equipment, the television everything worked well, we have experienced that differently. Going out by car and there are so many nice trips and walks to make, we ran out of time. Huize' Pinastros', is also in the low season a very nice place to enjoy the Spanish life!

A nice holiday home with a wonderful location. Plenty of privacy. In front and behind the villa is a grove, you are completely in the green. Lots of birds and of course the 'house squirrel'.
Fully furnished, you can't think of it or it's there. Welcome package in the fridge makes sure the holiday starts off right.
All in all enjoyed the house, the pool with outdoor shower and the beautiful surroundings. There are lovely seats everywhere, on the veranda or by the pool; And don't forget the hammock!

Super nice house! We were completely used to it within an hour. Stunning views! Lovely swimming pool. It takes some getting used to the noise of the cicadas. But within a day, you won't hear it anymore. Fantastic service both from the Netherlands and from Rob in Spain.

Fantastically quiet place to relax to the maximum. Pool is great and views as well!
No noise from mass tourism or anything like that.

There is more than enough to do in the region for fun day trips, for example, Refugio Vista Bernia was magnificent.
For peace and quiet, I can recommend the villages (Benissa, Moraira, Lliber and Jalon) and the many bays in the area. Day trips to Valencia, Alicante are also recommended with an hour's drive.

All in all, "Los Pinastros" is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

We really had a wonderful holiday in los pinastros. The communication with the administrator Rob was fine; He was there to receive us and gave us a warm welcome with a bottle of wine, a beer and melon and Iberico ham. Top immediately after the arrival. Rob was an excellent host and responded quickly to a few apps for info. Before that, we had already received an extensive information package from the landlord. The house was fully in line with the photos and description on the site. View to sea was beautiful. Most important for the boys (13 and 14) was the swimming pool in which they spent many hours. The pool shower was nice. It was sunny every day and around 30C so it was nice that every room in the house had air conditioning and fans. Partly because of this and because of the new beds, we slept well. What was also striking is that there were almost no mosquitoes. And even if they were there - every window was equipped with a mosquito net and the swallows that make nice low dives over the pool in the evening also have to eat. The kitchen was very complete, the basics (oil, spices etc) were already there and there was a washing machine that came in handy. The golf set I used at Golf d'Ifach was also of excellent quality. The house is and felt like a 2nd home. The surroundings are beautiful, we walked a lot, especially along the coastal paths, climbed the Roc d'Ifach (after that the swimming was extra nice) and followed other tips from Anneleen and Gertjan.
