It is a great apartment with a nice terrace. The décor, both inside and out, was excellent. The TV with satellite reception made it possible to continue to follow the (home) news on a normal screen in the evening and not only depend on a smartphone or tablet. There was also an excellent information folder with tips about the area and a good explanation of the aforementioned TV. The occupancy of the many apartments at this golf complex was somewhat limited, but that was to be expected outside the summer season and outside the holiday periods (mid-October). However, the facilities were plentiful. The central complex, set up as a kind of kasbah, contains a supermarket (open 7 days) and a number of eateries and grand cafes, with large terraces. There was also live music in one of the bars on weekends, tailored to the English people present there.

Stunning views. Apartment is perfect, because we are still working (even though we are retired) we need a good internet connection. It was raised especially for us for the week that we were there just to be sure, that worked fine! We don't play golf, and understand that the enthusiasts can play well here, but from here we have been to Lorca and Cartagena and made a lot of trips. The area is much more like the farmland of Spain. We live 200 kilometers north and just wanted to have a look around. Many old, poorly maintained and abandoned houses but also many beautiful valleys with quiet villages. Beautiful contrasts. Cheap food everywhere. Huge fields of vegetables.
There is a large supermarket in the park, where you can buy almost everything. There is also an Aldi in Alhama de Murcia 14 kilometres away (which is the nearest town for market etc). The car could be parked downstairs and then take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
We had a great time here.
