We had a fantastic holiday in the villa of Joke and Dimitris, everything was according to the photos, we lacked nothing, Joke reigns super fast on app traffic if there is anything. The pool is lovely, privacy is guaranteed. The view over the sea is also phenomenal. Very good beds, a nice bbq for cooking outside. We definitely hope to come back here again. Nice and centrally located but still quiet. We also had a delicious meal in the restaurant of Joke and Dimitri's in the old town, highly recommended.

It's a lovely house. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden/terrace and the nice swimming pool. Inside, it is fully equipped. Nice layout and a delicious kitchen to cook :-)

We stayed in this house with 6 boys in their early 20s. The first contact was very nice and the landlady had already done a few groceries for us.
We had a nice holiday with beautiful views. There was air conditioning everywhere in the house, which was very nice because the temperature was not much lower in the evening. However, it is useful to have a car available because the house does not have an address and it is therefore difficult to get a taxi.

The house looked nice and was clean. However, we had a lot of problems with cockroaches. From day 1 there were regularly a few, especially in the bathrooms. In total we had 18 cockroaches in 10 days. The bathrooms couldn't all be locked either. We had 2 keys for 3 bathrooms and after an unannounced visit from the landlady they were also gone. That was the second time she came by unannounced during our holiday, while the first night in her restaurant she indicated that she would not just show up on the doorstep.

In 1 bedroom the beds were also very hard, so we woke up every day with back and/or neck complaints.

The last point is that there is wifi but really only in the living room, which also sometimes disappeared. however, we were able to receive many Dutch TV channels.

There is plenty of shade and sun outside all day and the pool is lovely.

We really spent a fantastic week here at the end of May, on arrival very sweet and friendly guided by Joke and Dimitris. Kitchen (and the rest of the villa) is very well equipped, more than there is you really can't wish for. There's even a professional coffee maker with all kinds of options. Everything was very neat and clean, the villa is also logically and conveniently laid out. The neighborhood is very quiet and from the pool area/terrace you have a wonderful view. There is more than enough parking space and the location is close to the necessary department stores. A 15-20 minute drive will take you to Rhodes town. We can highly recommend this place to anyone. Do we have to mention 1 minus? There are an incredible number of light switches... always look for the right 😎 one. By the way, don't forget to visit their restaurant in the old town, just as well-kept, cozy and tasty.

We have been with two families (4 teenagers) for a week. Joke and Dimitri are very hospitable and friendly and the contact before arrival was already very pleasant. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Lovely garden with terrace and swimming pool where we enjoyed the beautiful weather. We had a delicious meal in restaurant To Roodi of Joke and Dimitri in the old center where we were welcomed as a family. Definitely worth repeating!!

We had a great week. The house seems like new and the contact with Joke was great! Very nice people who were always flexible and thought along. The rooms are spacious, have good beds and all have air conditioning. It has a beautiful covered terrace, where you can practically find shade all day long, and a nice garden with swimming pool, for the sun. The location is fine by car, Rhodes (city) is only a fifteen minute drive away. For a taxi it is a bit more assuring, but nearby is a hospital (Euromedica) and every driver knows where to find the island. All in all, I really enjoyed it and definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to discover Rhodes!

Nice spacious canopy, so plenty of shade. Large spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Beautiful large swimming pool, also here with beautiful views. Privacy is excellent.
Small supermarket nearby and public transport.
Nice big bathrooms.
Lovely to be in.
We have already booked for 2019 with the whole family.
