In one word: awesome! Super clean and fully equipped. The location and the view of the lake are spectacular. A beautiful week with 22 degrees and sun in mid-October.

A perfect week's holiday celebrated at Casa Laura in Tavernola Bergamasca. All facilities have been thought of in the house, from dishwasher to washing machine and even a smart TV. The folder with information present in the cottage is very complete. All the important information and addresses you may need are in it. Many things to do in the area. We have been to the old town of Bergamo, zoo of Bergamo, water park, training of Atalanta Bergamo. Also recommended is renting a boat to go out on the lake for a day. From the water, the surroundings look even more beautiful. From Casa Laura you can see the church on Monte Guglielmo. We walked there too. The view is breathtaking. In addition to Lake Iseo, you can also see Lake Garda on a clear day. The two-hour walk there is more than worth it. The week went by very quickly. For us it is certain that we will go back again. And for the owner, the Burger family, nothing but praise.

The holiday started a little bit after booking. The owner Patrick will contact you and inform you extensively about the holiday home and what there is to do in the area.

On the day of arrival very kindly received by the local hostess Sofia. She hands over the keys, shows you around and makes suggestions for restaurants, gives ideas for fun outings and gives a number of practical tips. You can also always text her if you have any questions about something during your holiday.

The cottage itself is located just outside the centre of the village of Tavernola Bergamasca. It is located a little way up the hill and can be reached via a somewhat steep dead-end hairpin road. You hardly encounter any traffic here, which makes the whole place feel calm.

From the terrace you have a fantastic view of Lake Iseo and Monte Isola. The terrace continues in front of all houses (4 pieces), but in the two weeks we have not seen anyone here.

The house is a great base for your holiday. Everything you need to unwind. A nice sitting area, great kitchen for making a simple meal, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. All windows are equipped with good mosquito nets and shutters. For the hot days, there are even fans.

We very much enjoyed the not too touristy Lake Iseo. The villages around the lake and especially Lovere and Iseo are more than worth a visit. For real shopping you can also easily reach Brescia, Bergamo (Oriocenter) or Milan. At the top of the lake you will find several nice routes to drive by car, for example. We will undoubtedly come back!

A beautiful house in a beautiful place. What a view! 2 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Nice beds and a nice bathroom.

A kitchen with everything you need to prepare a holiday meal and a dishwasher incl. tabs. A washing machine so you don't have to take everything 3-double is also very welcome.
A nice hanging sofa to watch television and if you want to eat inside there is enough space around the table.
There was a pallet stove but we didn't have to use it.
On the terrace a large table and comfortable chairs with a parasol above. In addition, there were 2 sun loungers.
All in all: A wonderful place to spend your holiday.
