First of all, I am very sorry that your stay was disappointing.
I'm going to go through your response, the toilet, needs to be flushed a bit longer than usual, the toilet is nominated to be replaced in due course, but still works okay. (why don't you ring the bell, you have been in our house for 2 weeks??)
The food that should be there and that we leave for the guests when we have been there: tea, coffee, sugar and spices for cooking (this house is regularly used by our entire family), that is all there should be, and certainly not about the date !!
The paint can on the shelf in the hall at a height of 2.5 meters has never been seen or complained about, old brochures that many visitors to our house have gained good ideas for the environment, loading the television cabinet with some spare bulbs, batteries ... (you can find it junk, fine.... )
The cottage is thoroughly cleaned after each booking and just before arrival, as well as the cobwebs, but we are in a wooded area, so a spider web can be made in 1 night!! If, for some reason, the house is disappointing in terms of cleaning, I would have liked you to have sounded the alarm
, we have had frequent contact with each other, also during your stay...
I also mention the TV, you had problems with that on the 1st day, we solved that immediately by sending a technician by the next day.
We are always ready to make our guests feel at home as much as possible, and if there are any problems, because that can sometimes happen, we try to solve them immediately. That's why I think it's such a shame that you give us such a bad review, we will work on this anyway, because we do that after every review, I wish you a nice day ...
