Two beautiful apartments with a beautiful pool. Terrace well furnished with table for dining and sitting area for relaxing. Very cozy furnishings. Distance to Tavira fine to do by car. Good communication on site.

We really enjoyed this beautiful holiday home with the nice swimming pool. The house is nicely decorated and well clean on arrival. We have made some nice memories here.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Velha immensely! Two lovely apartments that are fully equipped, a beautiful terrace with a nice swimming pool and a roof terrace for when the sun is not yet (or no longer) on the terrace. Close to a lovely beach (Praia do Barril) and all kinds of sights within driving distance. We really liked having a rental car to be able to explore a little further away and easily do some shopping. Communication with Yulian, Karoline and Paula (on site) was also very nice. In short: Casa Velha is a wonderful place to relax and discover beautiful Portugal!

We had a very nice holiday at Casa Velha. The pool is lovely, the kitchens are well appointed, the bathrooms are superb and the beds are fantastic! The contact with Paula & Karoline is very good and pleasant. The gas ran out and this was arranged by both within a day. Very nice! The only pity we found was that there was not a worthy barbecue available to barbecue at home. For the rest, this house is highly recommended! Thanks for the hospitality!

What a great house this is! Everything has been thought of. The comfort is great. The beds/mattresses are lovely. For the first time a holiday without back pain complaints in the morning. The (saltwater) swimming pool is top notch. No chlorine is pleasant and the salt is so minimal that you won't notice it. The garden is wonderfully sunny and we enjoyed it to the fullest. Our daughters had their own apartment, but we were still together. That's what makes this such a unique house. The décor is cozy and tasteful. I would also like to have the couch in the living room at home. Is wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. A little bit of insight from the neighbor at the back, but that's also nice. Everyone greets each other in the street and is equally nice. All facilities within 'stone's throw' (within a 10-minute drive all supermarkets). We didn't like the beach at 3 km. A long walk or a train ride and the sea water is a bit cold. Clean and cheap sunbeds and umbrellas and plenty of restaurants. It was really delicious and our plan is to definitely come back again. Paula, who takes care of things on the spot, speaks good English and is very hospitable, always easily accessible and equally friendly. The house is remarkably well maintained and spotlessly clean. Compliments! This is what you call: vacation! Thanks again.

A wonderful house to relax with the family. The house has plenty of space and everyone had their own place. Everything you need to relax is provided and the saltwater pool is very pleasant. Landlords and property managers are very accessible and respond very quickly to questions. Tip: shade cloth e.g. above the dining table, so that you also have a place to sit in the shade with the four of you during the day.

We enjoyed spending New Year's Eve at Casa Velha. The house is perfectly furnished for two sets, because of the two apartments, so a lot of privacy. Casa 2 is currently temporarily without a kitchen, but according to owners this will happen again soon. It was a small loss. Swimming pool is definitely an extra luxury despite the fact that we did not use it (except for New Year's dive). It is not heated. The roof terrace is also very nice because the sun sets early during this period. Contact with both owners and with the lady who received us was very nice. Shops are 7 km in Tavira which is also a nice town. A (rental) car is handy, by the way.

We spent a week in this beautiful, very tastefully decorated cottage (2 apartments). It looks really beautiful, maybe even more beautiful than in the pictures.
Wonderful to stay here with two teenagers (17 and 19 years old). Everyone has their own privacy but still cozy.
The cottage is equipped with every luxury and is in a quiet place. You can look up the crowds yourself, but then you need a (rental) car. Nice places in the area to grab terraces and go out for dinner.
Contact with the landlord is very pleasant.
