Thank you for your review and stay in the authentic and cozy Cómpeta, Casa Almachar. For those who want to cycle in the mountainous Axarquia region: Both road cyclists and mountain bikers can be seen a lot here. The beautiful mountain roads offer a challenge for the sportier road cyclist. The vast nature park has many beautiful routes for mountain bikers (and hikers). Suitable bicycles can be rented in the village. There is no possibility to store bicycles at the house itself.

Thank you for this positive review. Casa Almachar is a 3-minute walk from the main square plaza Almijara. The house is positively rated on points such as authenticity, privacy and quiet location. Cómpeta is a village on a mountainside, which means that there are many steep streets, the street to the house is no exception. For those who are less (or have difficulty walking) and attach great importance to flat hiking trails, most of the village and the beautiful mountainous surroundings are not included. The house is an ideal retreat for, for example, (mountain) hikers of all ages who love cosiness, privacy and (night) rest.
