A lovely house! What stands out are the beautiful stylishly furnished bedrooms and the large kitchen. Our family life took place mainly at the outdoor table and the great swimming pool. In the garden there are plenty of shady spots to retreat with a book and enjoy the phenomenal view. We really never got enough of that!

We have had a great holiday. The house is equipped with absolutely everything! Nice quiet area 10min from a shop. Very nice contact with the landlord and Riccardo is also nice to talk to on the spot! Highly recommended!

Perfect accommodation also considering its central location in Tuscany. The manager, Riccardo, arranges everything for you and ensures a carefree stay. Thank you! Very nicely located, spacious rooms and good facilities. Friendly and correct owner with good service. The village is a 10 minute walk away and has very good and affordable restaurants. We'll be back!

What fantastic days we had! The outward journey went quickly because we had received a lot of useful information from the landlord in advance. We were quickly in possession of a rental car (arranged in advance). Along the route...

What fantastic days we had! The outward journey went quickly because we had received a lot of useful information from the landlord in advance. We were quickly in possession of a rental car (arranged in advance). Along the route to the house we went straight to the supermarket to buy groceries. Along the way we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the authentic villages. The holiday feeling has begun!!
Once at the house, we fell from one surprise to another. Everything was even more beautiful than in the pictures! A large kitchen that is fully equipped, from the kitchen you walk onto the terrace where the view is unprecedented. The smell, the breeze, and the sun as you look out on Tuscany. What more could you want! Around and in the house there were plenty of places to retreat alone and escape the hustle and bustle of the group.
The bedrooms are spacious, clean and equipped with good firm beds and a well-functioning air conditioning (this was a big plus for us!). No problems with mosquitoes or other insects because all windows are equipped with a fly screen.
The bathrooms are nicely finished and even here a nice view of the mountains.
The past few days we have especially enjoyed a sunbed by the pool. Also from here a wonderful view of the village and beautiful Tuscany. The swimming pool is located in such a way that you can enjoy the evening sun for a long time to come. Equipped enough to go for a nice meal in the village where you can eat extremely good food for not too much money.
There are plenty of cities/villages to visit in the area. A trip to the beach is highly recommended.
With pain in our hearts we said goodbye to this beautiful place. We will definitely be back here!!

Had a fantastic stay in Tuscany! Perfect location for a family vacation with many different attractions nearby. Cities, villages, nature, vineyards, beach, something for everyone. A car is good to have, because with public transport it is less easy to do day trips. It is also easier to have a car to reach the location. The house itself is fully equipped, nicely decorated and has a garden + swimming pool with beautiful views over the valley and surrounding villages. 100% recommended for those who like to alternate between being active, cultural and relaxing during their holiday!
