Nice house with a super garden. We have been here for a week with six people (2 adults and 4 small children) and for that the house was very suitable. The children enjoyed the facilities in the garden and that was also the main reason why we chose this house. The location is nice to go directly into the mountains, for other trips and bakery (Selitsch in Arnoldstein is recommended for good bread and super coffee + cake) & restaurants you have to take the car (plenty of options <30 min drive and supermarket <10 min).

Location of the holiday home is ideal, great starting point to discover not only Carinthia but also Italy and Slovenia.

Nice, luxurious house with all conveniences and lots of entertainment for the children. Beautiful area where many trips can be made. Good holiday accommodation to come back to.

Had a pleasant stay in a pleasant home. Plenty to do in the area, a number of hiking trails and next to the valley station of Bergbahnen 3Ländereck.

This holiday home is beautiful and very suitable for children because of the garden. For children who can just walk a little less because of stairs and open stairs in the house, then you have to pay a little more attention yourself.
The location is a bit backwards, is not really in a cozy village but at 20/30 min drive are plenty of villages / lakes / cities (Villach / Klagenfurt are also very close) and other activities. When we were there, the mountain railway to the border triangle was just closed, I think that when it is open there is also a bit more liveliness during the day and then you can also eat / drink something at the mountain railway itself. Nassfeld is also recommended, is a 30-minute drive away and here you can take beautiful walks.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We had problems with the hot water for 1 day, a plumber was immediately arranged and the problem was solved!
All in all, a lovely holiday home in a quiet but beautiful location (very nice varied surroundings) with a super nice garden for both parents and children! Highly recommended!

- The driveway, a heavily loaded car can touch the street with the bottom plate, private parking next to the house tight when inserted.

Tip: Google navigation sends you wrong, so when you enter the large parking lot immediately turn left into the small road. You can sign up for the key at the cable car.

Beautiful new holiday home. Nicely decorated and fully equipped. The area is very quiet, except for the cable car there is nothing else to do. (we were there in the summer). So you will have to drive a bit for activities. You share the swimming pool with the neighbors, but that is no problem at all.
