Had a nice holiday in this residence. The most important thing for me was hygiene and child-friendliness and I gave both a 10, because it was certainly as expected. I definitely recommend this stay to a family with children.

It would be nice if there was a microwave oven, a bit of storage shelving and a few more pillows.

Ideal location close to family.
It’s quiet and and very close to the pool.
It would be nice if there was a microwave oven, a bit of storage shelving and a few more pillows.
I noted several of the surrounding properties had a gate at the end of the balcony which would improve child safety.
But overall it’s a great place to stay,.

Beautiful property. Excellent décor. Maintenance leaves a bit to be desired and inventory should definitely be checked. But highly recommended.

Luxury penthouse, sunny (double) terraces, comfortable interior.
We enjoyed the winter sun for 3 weeks in January.
On arrival some small imperfections, which have been solved excellently by the owner.
The area surprised us very much, we were able to walk to the coast several times (under the tunnel) and visited Zenia Boulevard, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and even up to Punto Prima. The hiking opportunities along the entire coast are excellent with beautiful bays and great views and the necessary terraces. major cities are also easily accessible by car such as Murcia, Alicante, Elche and Cartagena.
We have very good memories of it.

Stayed in this nice holiday home for two weeks. Beautiful house with swimming pool. The house and facilities are neat and well maintained. There are plenty of things to do in the area, such as the La Zenia shopping center, the flamingos in the wild, the mud baths in Lo Pagan and the palm tree park in Elche is also highly recommended. You really need a car, also for the beach.
