Contact with the landlord was very pleasant.
Also there were good facilities for our children (1 and 2 years), such as cots and high chairs, toys.
We had a great holiday there.

Very nice week spent in La Portena. The house is very clean and fully equipped.
Nice large swimming pool and also outside everything neat and in order.
Beach, center and supermarket are all a short distance away. A car is recommended because you have to make a steep climb back.
The owners are very friendly and helpful and also respond very quickly if you have a question.
All in all, definitely a destination for us next time!!

Had a wonderful stay in a brand new house! It has been beautifully renovated with an eye for details and fully equipped. The huge beautiful garden with a large swimming pool offers many places to sit in the sun or in the shade with enough privacy and always that beautiful view of the hinterland.
The big plus is also the great location a short walk (500 m) from one of the best kept secrets of the Costa Blanca: El Portet. Down the "mountain" for a while, but then you are on this beautiful little boulevard with some terraces and a beautiful bay where it is very good to stay. Just walk along a footpath with amazing views of the turquoise sea, El Portet and the marina, and you are in the center of Moraira. Here you will find plenty of shops and many restaurants and terraces.

As for walking to the beach/village, that wasn't too bad for us.
I have the interior/condition of the holiday home a little lower because there are some (technical) defects. I understood from the landlord that this will be worked on next winter. The seating furniture on the terrace could also be a bit more comfortable.
Especially the fast and friendly communication with the landlord is very pleasant.
For us, this house is absolutely worth keeping following for a possible next stay.

During our tour via the internet we booked 5 days La Porteña. We have had a good and quick contact with the landlord via the internet and the app. Received a quick answer to every question, which immediately gave a pleasant and familiar feeling. La Porteña is a nice house with all comforts. Especially the outdoor event is blissful. The pool and the terrace around it are pleasant to stay. Total privacy and tranquility, although it is located in a residential area. A car is necessary, the beach and Moraira will be quite walkable, but if you are a bit older, like us, it is a lot of work. In any case, we did not dare to do so. All in all, a wonderful house to spend a wonderful time. Recommended!!!
