Beautiful house with good facilities and nice pool. Good location near the beach and Moraira, a nice place with everything you need! The contact with the landlords went very well and very helpful. There is a lot to see and discover in the area. In short, highly recommended!

We were here in the winter and it was a wonderful place: always a place in the sun. Nice heating in the evening. If there were any problems, the owner switched gears right away! In short, highly recommended!

We had to go home but could have lasted for days.

With my boyfriend, our 6-week-old daughter and my parents we had a wonderful week's holiday in Moraira despite the (rare) storm. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do in the area. The house is just as beautiful in real life...

With my boyfriend, our 6-week-old daughter and my parents we had a wonderful week's holiday in Moraira despite the (rare) storm. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do in the area. The house is just as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. There was a nice cot ready for our little one. Ronald and Marisa are very accessible and friendly. We would definitely recommend this house for a pleasant holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday with our 2 kids (1 of 3 years and 1 of 7 months)
What a beautiful place, nice view and very nice house.

Everything was thought of, even a cot for our 7-month-old daughter.
And the shallow end of the pool was ideal for our 3-year-old son who walked there playing with their bands on, could stand there.

Also used the bbq.

La portena is a lovely holiday home with a great location. Down a road and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in Moraira. The cottage itself had just been renovated. Paintwork fresh, garden beautifully landscaped, new kitchen, new beds, new air conditioning.. Everything is new. So no flaws. The location is very quiet with lots of privacy. You don't see any neighbors and the neighbors don't see you either. In the evening complete rest only a few cicadas and the wind through the palm trees. Here you can relax and look for the hustle and bustle if you want. You are centrally located and within half an hour in Benidorm and within 20 minutes in beautiful towns such as Javea. We received many tips from the owner about places of interest in the area. In short, nothing to complain about and we are considering returning (longer)
