Great house, 5 minutes walk to beach. Nice view and very complete and a great pool. Moraira is perfect, not too touristy and very beautiful. Car is a must, to see the area, and for groceries. Location of house is almost on top of a mountain on large plot with private driveway. Definitely worth it, and worth repeating!!

In addition, there is a beautiful terrace upstairs to sit quietly in the evening and enjoy the view. Also the communication with Ronald was very good!

Very nice that the beach and the town are within walking distance (respectively 5 and 15 min walk). We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Contact with the owners via the app is great. Recommended!!

Stayed at La Porteña for two weeks in September. A lovely villa within walking distance (down and up) of just about everything. You have access to a very nice swimming pool, a large garden, several terraces and plenty of space....

Stayed at La Porteña for two weeks in September. A lovely villa within walking distance (down and up) of just about everything. You have access to a very nice swimming pool, a large garden, several terraces and plenty of space. Inside it is a bit older but not disturbing. Beds are lovely, communication with landlord was top notch.

La Porteña is a lovely house with a very nice swimming pool and within walking distance of the beach (El Portet). A prime location to explore Moraira and its surroundings or just relax at the house. As far as we are concerned, ...

As far as we are concerned, the house is fully equipped to have a very nice holiday. An absolute must. We enjoyed it!
