A week was too short. We would have liked to enjoy the house much more, lazing on the terrace, listening to the sounds of the forest, watching that one brown-orange butterfly that lives here. But there is also so much to see in the area. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, comfortable. And the communication with Chris couldn't be better!

Ideal place for peace seekers, beautiful, hilly surroundings, good for cyclists, and walkers, but also by car, much to discover, good bakery in the town of Thedirac.

The cottage is wonderfully cool under oak trees. Lots of privacy and tranquility. The cottage is simple but has everything you need.
Dog can run loose around the house.

Swimming lakes nearby but especially the Lot, wonderful cooling with a delicious restaurant, canoes, swinging rope!

Nice place to explore the area from, and it is a beautiful area. You sit here in the silence between the trees with a view of the other house, lots of space around. I would have preferred good beds and shower, a larger fridge ...

Nice place to explore the area from, and it is a beautiful area. You sit here in the silence between the trees with a view of the other house, lots of space around. I would have preferred good beds and shower, a larger fridge with freezer compartment and some workspace in the kitchen, but improvements are coming according to Chris, with whom we had a nice contact. In short: not demanding too much is definitely worth staying in.

Nice and attractive 'en pierre' cottage between the trees. Great beds and lovely shower. Kitchen is small simple, we didn't find that a problem. Hospitable hosts who will help you on your way. Bonus we found that you can make beautiful walks, both short and slightly longer, in the area directly from the cottage. With a map and google maps you can go a long way.
