Waking up to the crackling of dancing deer at the back of the garden, playing unicorns and birds singing in the tall trees around the house. You'll be completely zen in no time. Everything is as close as far as you want it to be. During the day, the concert of the cicadas takes you and sitting on the beautiful terrace with a good book and excellent wine from the area was a dream every day. Butcher, bakery, wine estates, larger supermarkets all easily accessible to live like a god in France. And oh yes, swimming in the most beautiful lakes within a short drive makes it complete. Thank you Chris for this wonderful experience, you are a winner!

The location of the house is unique. Total privacy. The furnishings are partly fine (living room and 1 bedroom). The rest is very dated, but that didn't bother us.

Very nice house in quiet area where our daughters of just 2 have enjoyed themselves well and we have felt relaxed, partly because it felt safe for them. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do if you don't mind taking the car....

Very nice house in quiet area where our daughters of just 2 have enjoyed themselves well and we have felt relaxed, partly because it felt safe for them. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do if you don't mind taking the car. Bakery in Thédirac at 2.2 km is half an hour walk or at most 5 minutes by car. Landlord Chris responds very quickly and I have experienced the contact as very attentive and pleasant. We had a very relaxing and nice holiday here and are grateful to Chris that we were allowed to use this house!

Beautiful spacious house in lovely quiet forest. Landlord Chris is very helpful. Also handy, lots of stuff available in the kitchen. We regularly swam in the lake at Catus, 15m away. Lots of beautiful villages in the area.
