Beautiful house with beautiful views, nice pool, lots of space around the house and nice beds. Top service from Joke and Damiano (owner of the house); Super cordial and helpful, respond immediately to questions and great tips what to do in the area.
Only downside is the road to the house; long (11 minutes), narrow road, where you hope not to encounter 😊 too many oncoming traffic. But the house and the view make up for it! You lack nothing, so you don't have to leave 😊 much

We booked Villa Emozione for a group of 11 young people. Even though we saw the pictures of Villa Emozione on Micazu already, we were quite impressed by the amazing location and great atmosphere when we arrived at the Villa. It is located on a hill, without close neighbours and a remarkable view, which we especially enjoyed from the outdoor dining area. In general, the outdoor area of the Villa is very spacious and offers many spots to relax. After using the large pool throughout the day, we always relaxed in the whirlpool in the evening, which is covered and can be used during every weather. Also in the interior the villa is well equipped and remains cool even on hot summer days. Damiano is an exeptionally likeable and helpful host, who was always available in case of questions. It was a pleasure being his guest.

In sum, I fully recommend a stay in Villa Emozione, be it with a group of friends or as a trip with several families.

The location of the house on top of the mountain is fantastic with beautiful views all around (the long, steep, winding road to it is well worth it) The owner is a great host.

This house has all the facilities you could wish for. Swimming pool / fitness / sauna and comfortable beds. Because the house is located on top of a hill you have a beautiful view on two sides, especially from the barbeque place the view is breathtaking. This house is highly recommended for a wonderful quiet holiday.

We stayed here for a week with 2 families and it was great! We arrived and the owner of the villa was ready with a snack and drink to welcome us. The swimming pool, gym and park for the kids was top notch The👍🏻 surroundings were phenomenal! Enough privacy, if you need it. We have completely relaxed. Sarzana and its surroundings are also great to visit, eat or stroll. The owner and manager are both top people, they were always ready for help and tips regarding to do and eat👍🏻 In short, definitely recommended and a place where we will definitely return.
