The apartment is located in the old fisherman's quarter, which makes the area very diverse.
Beautiful and functionally renovated apartment, no noise pollution at all. More than enough restaurants, bars and the supermarket is also nearby. The beach and the harbor are within walking distance, in short, highly recommended.

I would like to share my experience about my holiday and stay in Valencia. We as a family experienced it very positively and the house was clean and equipped with everything we needed as a family. I thank Leonie and Antonio for all the service. Furthermore, as far as the smell is concerned, it is not too bad, we have hardly had any problems with it. I was dreading it because I read that in a review, but fortunately we hardly had any problems with it. Furthermore, the shops for groceries is everything nearby and nice places where you can eat, not to mention the beach is within walking distance. Had a great holiday, thank you again and see you next stay.

Very nice, spacious, modern and clean apartment! Equipped with every comfort and located close to the beach.
Only downside is the sewage smell in the bathroom (but this applies to the entire district/city). By keeping the bathroom door closed, we didn't have much trouble with it. In short, highly recommended and good value for money!!

1. For the apartment, this is located in a boring neighborhood with hardly any greenery, but within walking distance of shops, beach and public transport. There is an unbearable sewer smell throughout the neighborhood, which can also be smelled in the stairwell and the patio on the kitchen side.
It must be mentioned in the information that there is no elevator. The balcony is far too small to sit there with 2 p. and in the apartment there is regularly, even at night, an inexplicably high-pitched beep that lasts for about half an hour.
2. The beach and the sea are very good, with nice restaurants on the promenade and Valencia, unlike other cities, has not stolen our hearts.
3. All in all a pity, we expected more from this holiday.

The apartment is very well located, between the beach and Cabanyal Market/Mercadona supermarket. It is spotless clean, with dishwasher and very well equipped kitchen. I could comfortably cook for the family with 2 kids. One of the bedrooms has ensuite toilet and sink. It makes the main bathroom less crowded, which is very convenient. The apartment is quite compact, but it's well planned, and unexpectedly for the property of this size you get 3 isolated bedrooms. The pillows are too tough/dense to our taste, but the mattresses are comfortable. Families with babies please note that the apartment is on 3rd/4th floor, the strollers are not allowed in the lobby and you have to lift up the stroller via narrow staircase. We went with our kids of 16 and 19 in beautiful Valencia. What a beautiful city, especially for my photography hobby. We spent 9 nights using this lovely apartment. Spacious enough for 4 adults, but 5 is also possible. The apartment is close to the beach (5 min walk), and therefore ideally located. The neighborhood is a bit run-down here and there, but in the vicinity of the apartment there are certainly some nice streets where you can have a drink or eat. Also a supermarket (Mercadona) at 300 meters.

The balcony is actually too small to sit outside. In the summer it's a pity, so I went out on the street and went to a terrace, also nice. The kids were happy with the excellent Wifi.

We rented bikes from Santa Marcellita BIkes. Well arranged. You can cycle to any place in the city within half an hour, and we did that in abundance.

All in all, a nice combination of beach and sightseeing in the city. We enjoyed!

We stayed in this apartment for four nights. There were only two of us, but four or five of us could have been as well. Actually, everything was fine, including the contact with the local observer. The only downside was the smell in the bathroom. There it smelled like sewage, but if you walk through Valencia, you can smell this sewer smell in many places. We kept the door closed and when we wanted to take a shower, the smell was a bit less and tolerable. It did not detract from the fun and next time it would not stop us from choosing this apartment again.
The metro connection to the center is fine. The beach is within walking distance. Definitely recommended!

Excellent reception, everything well arranged. Thinking along. We didn't like the neighborhood around it, but the idea that you're on the beach, near public transport, supermarkets makes up for a lot. Apartment great, clean, big enough, good facilities. We can definitely recommend it!
