A very nice, clean and fully equipped house. Everything has been thought of to make the most of a holiday. Good service and maintenance also during stay. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional holiday at the Tenuta del Conte. The property owner has been highly proactive throughout (as our original booking was impacted by the pandemic) and could not have been more helpful. The house itself is simply stunning, with fabulous views of Orvieto, great facilities throughout and every item of equipment you could possibly want in the kitchen. The pool area is brilliant, with a welcome covered area when respite from the sun is required. The gardener and cleaner were extremely helpful and unobtrusive (I will learn Italian for our next visit!). Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this amazing location. We hope to return soon.

What a fantastic house and surroundings! Beautiful house in old country house style! Very complete furnishings. Beautiful, very fully equipped kitchen. In every room a Sonos speaker which we used a lot. Lovely swimming pool and nice sun loungers. The air conditioning in the annex sometimes came in handy.
The house is a short distance from the beautiful Orvieto with its famous church and medieval streets. At Lake Bolsena we rented a boat in Capodimonte near Il Platano and spent an afternoon sailing around and anchoring, swimming in front of one of the islands. Then go and eat at L'Oasi Del Pescatore. On the water with a delicious cuisine (you get there via a partly unpaved road) Todi is also very worthwhile. Also the communication with the landlady went well and she was very attentive. All in all, we would love to come back again.

Beautiful house in very good location. House is stylishly furnished. It is comfortable and fully equipped. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. The gardens and pool are beautiful and well maintained. There are several terraces and balconies so you can find a nice spot in the sun or shade at any time of the day.
The location is excellent. Secluded but at a good distance from shops and large supermarket. There are many beautiful places in the area such as Orvieto, Spoleto, but Rome and Perugia are also easily and quickly accessible. We also really liked the good information in advance from the owner and care on site (midweek cleaning and care of garden and swimming pool)!

Beautifully and tastefully decorated borgo with excellent amenities. Good organization by Piera, who takes care of everything down to the last detail. Wonderfully clean.

The pool was unfortunately under construction during our stay. However, when that is ready, it is a perfect holiday home, where it is good to be.
