The apartment is really great! Very luxurious and fully equipped. You can sit in the sun and if it is too hot, in the shade and you have a lot of privacy! The swimming pool is also very nice, it is also a very beautiful area with all kinds of nice beaches, eateries and shops.
In short, we couldn't think of a single downside... It's highly recommended!! A big 10 from us!

Good reception by John and then enjoy all the facilities that this house offers. The location in relation to shops, restaurants and beach is optimal. An absolute must for a great price. The check-out was also super and completely according to agreement. Worth repeating.

Just returned from a 3 week stay with 4 adults. Quiet location, good swimming pool a few steps from the house. Large terrace on the ground floor and beautiful roof terrace. So there is always sun or shade to be found. Good beds. International inexpensive restaurants within walking distance in the somewhat noisy La Fuente Commercial Centre. (a lot of English) At the back of this (so a bit quieter) is Restaurant Interim. Is more expensive but culinarily very good, also in terms of service. The house is sleek and modern with all comforts. Keyholder John explains everything in and around the house very well, is a very nice Brabander. Within walking distance a very nice large Mercadona supermarket and an Aldi. Visited Murcia, Cartagena, Elche. We have already visited almost all coastal areas of Spain but in retrospect we did not find this region very interesting, but that is very personal of course. We did have a wonderful holiday in a nice house that is located in a quiet neighborhood.

This is more than recommended! The house is quietly located in a gated community with parking in front of the door. Modern comfortable furnishings with 2 large terraces with lounge set and sunbeds. We will definitely be back!

Especially the Belgian bakery around the corner for buying fresh bread is highly recommended.

The house is fully equipped and has fully met our expectations.
