Casa vista is a lovely house with a breathtaking view. We found it wonderfully quiet. You need a car because the crowds are further away and you have to be good on your feet because of pedaling. A perfect location for us. And would love to come there again but with warmer weather so that we can also experience the outdoors around the house.

For the second time back to this beautiful house. Actually, that says it all. Communication with landlord very pleasant and clear, easily accessible. House has a beautiful location against the mountain, which makes the view fantastic, but therefore a car is necessary for groceries etc. With 2 adult children, and 2 younger children plenty of space!

You definitely need a car because it is not directly near shops, restaurants, etc. However, that is a necessity anyway in this area where public transport is lacking.

Fantastically beautiful house. Around house terraces, place for sun / shade all day long. Lovely large swimming pool and inside the house everything is absent including a beautiful outdoor bbq. In 30 minutes you are in Denia, Calp or Moreira. Also nearby many restaurants and coffee shops. House is a No brainer, next time we book again!

The house is quite spacious and the view is still breathtaking for us.
The peace, space, the possibilities to do something in the area are very diverse and there is something for everyone.
Whether you want to walk in beautiful cool routes, to markets, shopping or insanely beautiful locations with super nice restaurants l
(La siesta javea, Cala Clemence del portichol) it's all there and name 2 now, but there are many in dream locations .de lidil Denia large and good assortment. Beautiful beach in Calpe with nice promenade. Nice beach club zensa in Denia .
Trip to Valencia or Alicante, our preference, Valencia you will never get bored.
However, it is necessary to rent a car.
It may sound like a recommendation from a travel brochure, it certainly isn't.
We are very excited and planning to go for the ninth time.
Our adult sons 28 and 25 are also always there, rent a car themselves and go with their friends to the beach, beach clubs, restaurants etc.
But also at the house is wonderful swimming, reading etc later BBQ on is delicious for all of them. Reception in a lovely fresh smelling house.
Highly recommended for the perfect holiday.
