Very complete and practical apartment within walking distance of the beach and cycling distance from Marbella. Everything is there in apartment for a successful holiday. No less than five swimming pools on the complex and three bathrooms in the apartment!
A disadvantage (beyond the influence of the landlord of course) is the traffic there on the road leading to it (A7)
Very busy and dangerous in Spanish.
Other than that, really nothing to complain about
The landlord also gives a lot of information about the area and restaurants etc so that you can do 😁 something fun and tasty every day. Recommended!

We had 2 wonderful weeks. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and fully furnished. Everything you need is there.
Ilse will send you all the information you need and tips about the area a few days in advance. That's very nice. We followed a lot of tips.
The reception on site is very friendly and on arrival there is food and drinks in the fridge. That's great. The balcony with daybed is a wonderful place to start and end the day.
The grounds where this apartment is located look so beautiful. Lots of plants, water features, flowers and everything is very well maintained.
Within walking distance is the beach and several restaurants. And within a 10-minute drive, there is a much larger offer.
There is a lot to see in the area. We have alternated trips with pool days. Also there is a wonderful place to be. Highly recommended !

Nice, big apartment. Good beds. You can notice that it is also an apartment, in which someone lives. Immediately feels like home with handy things such as tea lights, various sports equipment, beach bags, etc. The beach within walking distance is less beautiful (bring water shoes!), but by car you can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Banus or Estepona in a few minutes. The swimming pools of El Presidente itself are perfect, with nice beds, plenty of shade and life guards. The padel and tennis courts of El Presidente are with concrete floor, if you want a regular artificial grass / clay surface, you can go to Puento Romano. Also for good lessons. Ilse's huge list of tips is perfect. All great tips. The food is particularly good this region and usually just for Spanish prices. Thank you so much Ilse!

Very nice apartment, attractively and comfortably furnished with an eye for detail. It is fully equipped, 3 large bedrooms with all 3 en-suite bathrooms. The beds are of good quality. It has a lovely balcony which is shaded in the summer. The complex has 5 swimming pools. Within walking distance there is an Aldi for groceries. Beach is within walking distance. We would love to come back again!
