We stayed here for more than 3 weeks with the family. The location at Coral Estate is top notch. 180 degree sea views and beautiful sunsets never get used to. The contact with landlord Eric is good and he also frequently keeps the pool clean. The house itself is a bit soberly furnished and the bed in the master bedroom is too hard for us. Unfortunately, we did not use the kitchen. Good is the quality of the internet. The total price quickly becomes quite high due to additional costs related to extra occupancy, deposit for electricity and water and tourist tax.

Eric the host responds very quickly to questions and comes by regularly to clean the pool. We have only one area for improvement. The chairs on the terrace are very hard to sit on. Other types of chairs could solve this. Other than that, really fantastic!

The pool is also lovely and is kept clean by Eric. In front of the house you can sit in the wind and shade. Coral Estate is a beautiful quiet park, you feel safe there because security regularly drives around. We had the perfect holiday at Villa Una.

As a tip we would like to give to possibly place a table with more chairs in front of the house, we now had to put everything from inside to outside every time, because you cannot sit on the veranda or by the pool at the end of the day due to the heat.

A very nice house! We were there with a family with 2 teenagers (15 and 17). The children had the lower floor (2 double bedrooms with bathroom), adjacent to the pool), we had the upper floor ("ground floor") with spacious bedroom + bathroom, adjacent to the living room/kitchen and the spacious balcony. The house was fine and clean. The pool nice, the air conditioners in the bedroom work fine. Beautiful views over the sea, with beautiful sunsets. Downstairs (10 minutes walk) is the "center" of the complex with a landscaped beach with many sun loungers, umbrellas and canopies. You can swim and snorkel there and the bar serves the entire beach. Very nice!
