Fantastically enjoyed both the surroundings and the cottage. Endless possibilities for hiking and mtb'ing. And when you return home, enjoy a wonderfully spacious and cool house with all conveniences such as washing machine, spacious refrigerator, freezer, etc. Extra plus: the communication with the owner, Peter. We will definitely be back!

Super nice and attractively decorated house in a lovely environment. In and around the house there is plenty of space for the family and it is adjacent to a beautiful walking area. You can relax here and enjoy each other without crowds. We will definitely come back here regularly.

In the evening we sat in the blue room and enjoyed the wood stove that is there. In the meantime I also enjoyed the view over the valley from the large window in this room.

The house offers all the comforts to stay inside and outside. The fireplace still served because it was still chilly in July, but we were also able to play petanque and BBQ outside a few evenings. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Cows and rolling countryside. The silence almost hurts the ears ;-) Firm and beautiful walks run past the house, but if you go to the tourist information in Lierneux (4km) you can buy a hiking map for the entire area. You can combine multiple routes with each other. We also rented 2 x (electric) mountain bikes (also at tourist info Lierneux) and made beautiful trips, highly recommended! The communication with Peter went well, he responded quickly and was very helpful with questions. All in all a super stay, we would love to come back again!
