As a group of 10 (sporty) young people, we started looking for a luxury villa/holiday home in the Ardennes. We found this holiday home and after some positive conversations with Joris, we decided to stay here for 12 days. We liked this very much!

The layout of the house is spacious. There are plenty of rooms and plenty of space, so there is plenty of privacy for everyone. I think this is also the case with groups of 21 people. The 2 rooms on the top floor are equipped with air conditioning, so it is still bearable in the summer.

The area is quiet. In the village of Poupehan there is nothing to be found besides a campsite. This is the only downside of the house. You need a car for everything.

There are plenty of activities to do in the Ardennes. There is plenty to find on the internet, but there are also a lot of leaflets in the house to get inspiration.

The contact with Joris has certainly not been unimportant. A friendly man who helped us both before and during our stay and provided us with useful tips.

All in all, we have had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend a stay here!

Order directly from bol.com for a new one! Appearance really neat, clean. 1 disadvantage is that there is not a large garden and that it has to be really quiet outside at 22:00 because otherwise you risk a fine from the police. Furthermore, including jacuzzi looks great! Really had a great week!

A small disadvantage with a large group is that there is no (larger) garden with grass. There is a nice terrace with bbq. Furthermore, in the area very quiet and for restaurants or terraces we went to Bouillon.
Contact with the landlord was also pleasant and very friendly.
