La Fontbonne: more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. A real paradise. Plenty of space inside. There is no shortage of crockery and cutlery etc and all clean. The swimming pool is really the pinnacle. The dome over it keeps the water nice and warm and you can also swim when it rains. In the evening before dusk, many large dragonflies come over the pool in search of flies. A fun show to watch. When you lie by the pool you can enjoy the beautiful butterflies that fly there.
Village Alba la Romaine is walking very well to do and a beauty of a village with very friendly people. If you can get away from the swimming pool, the towns of Voqué and Pont d'Arc are highly recommended. (I think this mainly applies outside the high season). We don't really recommend the place Montélimar.

There is 1 fan in the house, but if you are with several people, another fan is not an unnecessary luxury because unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the house. So tip; Bring 1 from home.

We will come back in September to enjoy the figs and chestnuts (in the area). Now; and of course the house and the pool, haha

We have been to La Fontbonne with the two of us and dog animals, we are looking for privacy and want peace and quiet. We found that and had an excellent holiday. We really enjoyed the surroundings and nature. Because of my disability, I sometimes had trouble with the steps of the different levels in the house, especially the kitchen. On the other hand, there was the space and freedom that is worth a lot to us. The driveway is a challenge with a low car, this can be a problem. The owners can't do anything about this, that's a municipal issue we understand. All in all, a place for us to return.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in een mooi ruim huis met zwembad.
De omgeving is geweldig om te bekijken en om door heen te wandelen.
Als je van rust houdt is dit huis een aanrader.

Heerlijke plek om een week door te brengen! De rust, mooie omgeving en zwembad zijn de juiste ingedriënten voor een week ontspanning.

Wij hebben twee weken in het voorjaar in La Fontbonne door gebracht . Wat een heerlijk huis op een prachtig, royaal en verrassend (!) terrein . Een mooi zwembad met een aangename temperatuur. Het was voor ons veel genieten van de rust, de mooie energie in en rondom het huis, de prachtige omgeving en het dorpje Alba La Romaine. Het contact met de verhuurder is erg prettig. Absoluut een aanrader!
