It is a beautiful house located in a beautiful piece of nature with all the trimmings. With the dog it was great to stay there, large garden. The only thing I regretted is that you needed your car for everything because of the bad roads to get there, but that's really the only thing. If you are a horse lover, swimming with horses is highly recommended at Sammy's Ranch. Had a great holiday.

We enjoyed everything Istria has to offer. This villa is an absolute must!

A very nice and spacious house, with large garden. Well located away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of all facilities (shops, beach etc.) It is definitely recommended to rent this house.

We have spent three wonderful weeks in the house. Visitors in the garden are the many birds, a few times a hare and once a deer. The lavender was in full bloom and hundreds of bumblebees and butterflies were working hard to bring in the nectar. The 10 we give for the friendliness and service of the landlord is also largely determined by the manager Ruzmira and her husband Isac. both of which were, in a word, amazing. For us, this house is high on the list to visit again in the future. Also because we always feel very comfortable in Croatia and Istria in particular.

Wake up to the sound of the countless birds, and look at the huge starry sky in the evening!
You can call this house a romantic villa with full conviction. In any case, we will be back.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in deze mooie villa. Het behoort echt tot onze top 10 van vakantiehuizen.!
Heerlijke fiets-en wandeltochten gemaakt en de prachtige dorpjes bezocht. Vooral Rovinj en Porec vonden we zeer de moeite waard.
Omdat het in oktober fris is s avonds hebben we goed gebruik gemaakt van de houtkachel die in een mum van tijd het hele huisje verwarmde.
De beheerders Izet en Ruzmira waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
We komen volgend jaar zeker terug!
