And then, as a landlord, you can take a critical look at your own home in one go:
- I think the overall impression of the house is positive.
- The location is sublime with a fantastic view over the Caribbean Sea and Hato airport. On a clear day, even Bonaire is visible in the distance.
Because we have the luxury of enjoying a breeze all year round (the North-East Pasaat is right on the house), we are hardly bothered by mosquitoes and it is never too hot!
- Facilities of the house are good - hot water air conditioners in all rooms (although this is not necessary at all) spacious and beautiful showers, nice swimming pool with shade and sun terraces, BBQ, coffee maker, microwave, oven, blender, mixer and enough crockery for 8 people, beach towels and towels.
- Furnishing and condition of the holiday home: Looking critically, I think this can always be improved, we are constantly working on this. ( maintaining the wooden deck, painting inside and outside, the garden, the pool ) The next project is planned for 2019 : Painting the house on the outside.
- Friendliness landlord, well we try to give our tenants a "home" feeling at all times.
- For hygiene I give the house a grade of 9 because there is always room for improvement, so I have discussed these points with our cleaning lady.
- Friendliness of the landlord: This is our 1st priority. A satisfied customer always comes back and that is our motto.
We have a number of regular customers who come back regularly, not only because they like the house, but without friendly landlords we would never have achieved this.
- Price / quality = we don't want to be the most expensive landlords, but we do want to be the best because a happy satisfied tenant always comes back! :-)

This is such a nice house! Especially the large master bedroom and large living room give the house a very relaxed and spacious feeling, as do the bathrooms. Not to mention the lovely deck, where there is always a nice breeze b...

This is such a nice house! Especially the large master bedroom and large living room give the house a very relaxed and spacious feeling, as do the bathrooms. Not to mention the lovely deck, where there is always a nice breeze blowing and with a beautiful view over the knoekoe. The fact that Grote Berg is a residential area also makes you feel safe, while its central location means that the beaches on the west side of the island - where we prefer to go - are all within easy reach, but so is Willemstad. But we also spent many hours at the pool, where it is wonderful to relax. We have been in this house before, now for the first time with our two small children and will definitely come back. Everything we needed was there (high chair, baby bed with mosquito net, even a car seat and lots of toys). And the landlords Sandra and Lyndon are also very helpful. Don't hesitate, you want to sit in this house!

We have been able to enjoy the house on Grote Berg for 12 days. Very nice contact with the landlord and the caretaker on Curaçao. Are super friendly and welcoming. For that, all our compliments. The overall impression is very good. Little trouble with mosquitoes given the good location on the wind. To be fair, we should mention that there are mosquitoes from time to time. The view is amazing. You do have air traffic but is/was not disturbing for us (nice to see the few planes land or take off). All in all, we had a great time. Thank you so much again for everything. a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds, a view to the airport (is far away so not bothered) but you can see very far from the veranda, and you look out over the sea, even with clear weather you can see the mountains of Bonaire,
The Villa is centrally located on the island, so you can go right to Westpunt and left to Willemstad.
In short, a villa where you can rest and enjoy the island

It is a modern house in the middle of a cozy new neighborhood in the middle of the island, equipped with all modern conveniences, wonderfully quiet stay by the pool incl, shade place under the palm leaf-covered gazebo, and the beers were nice and cold in the fridge on arrival.
All in all a perfect house for family and groups of up to 6 people but also couples who like something private.
