Our group 8 pers: very satisfied with our stay in the Upper House, clean, was like staying with your parents, very nicely decorated, everything is there in terms of kitchen utensils, washing dishes yourself (no problem) for sitting in the garden is a bit small, but fine.
We had a nice time because it is wonderfully spacious with plenty of rooms.

More than 50 years ago I was a resident of this house, so it was a special experience for me to come back again! That went well, the house is in good hands, extremely friendly and helpful landlords. We were able to exchange stories and history of the house and the surrounding area, which was very nice for me. Our children and supporters were impressed by the size of the (bed) rooms.

We had a nice autumn holiday midweek in the Bovenhuis. The location is within walking distance of shops and the train station, which is very nice. If you are a light sleeper, know that the A2 and the railway line run right past...

We had a nice autumn holiday midweek in the Bovenhuis. The location is within walking distance of shops and the train station, which is very nice. If you are a light sleeper, know that the A2 and the railway line run right past the house.
The biggest plus I found is that there is a lot of space in the house. Lots of space for the children to play with all the toys (Duplo, games, coloring stuff), which they have put to good use.

Nice close to Maastricht, great landlords, they live on the ground floor. The road in front of the house is a bit busy, but the house is well insulated. Facilities for self-catering are somewhat limited (two-burner stove), a small investment in the kitchen would complete the house.
